The Opportunity

For this South Pacific bank, their current aging banking platform was not able to support their future digital strategy and had limited data capabilities to support rapidly changing requirements for both internal and external reporting.

Seeking to reduce risk to the organisation and plan for future banking capabilities, 4impact was engaged.


4impact's Approach

To achieve the objectives of the project, 4impact developed and implemented a Program governance, supporting capabilities and ways of working (Including CAB, Design authority, Steering committee, Agile sprint approach, Standups, remote teams) to scaffold the applications and infrastructure development of their chosen Oracle partner.

Project Outcome

Improved customer front line experience and enhanced core banking data and reporting capabilities.
