New Payments Platform Mobile Banking App

Bank wanted to improve customer retention and engagement by adding New Payments
Platform (NPP) capability to their mobile banking app. NPP enables customers to
send and receive money by email address or phone number.
4impact delivered the NPP enhancements as native Android and iOS modules. The project ran through the second half of 2018. The project was delivered on schedule and budget, and led to a successful launch of NPP in early 2019.
Since then 4impact has continued to support the NPP product with an enhancements and upgrades capability.
In the first five months of 2019, close to 5,000 Heritage customers signed up for NPP. The app has processed more than 270,000 transactions and more than $150 million in transactions.
